Involvement on campus: Textile Club

What do you like to do outside of academics: I looooove to travel. From backpacking Europe for a month to hiking in Upper Michigan my most valuable lessons and memorable experiences came from putting myself out there and exploring. Before my last adventure ends I make sure to have the next one planned (Japan 2026 whoop whoop)! Traveling may not be for everyone but it’s how I ensure I’m living my life to the fullest.

Have you, or will you, study abroad: Absolutely, I need to go to Spain!

Favorite SoHE club: My favorite club at SoHE is the textile club. The club advisors work hard to plan fun and creative activities for each meeting. One said activity involved dyeing handkerchiefs with seasonal flowers and greenery on the SoHE patio. We brought home beautiful tapestries that I still have hung up today! The textile club is a great way to meet new people while creating natural art.
